If you dream of a healthy life as before maybe because now you think that you have already old with some gray hair, some fine lines on your face, your hands and in our bodies …. Here are a few things to observe, as one of the more than 40 years in the fifties …I always have someone to ask me, “Miss Wong, you have not grown a bit older … you look like before!” Most of my students tell me when we met everywhere.
